About the Role:
A rare opportunity has become available in Melbourne for a General Practitioner in inner suburban Melbourne, ideally with a specific interest in mental health. Doctors who also have an interest in minor procedures, sexual health and men’s health would also be encouraged to apply.
The centre is known for its ADHD and mental health experience. So any doctor interested in this field of work is also encouraged to join. The practice is booked five weeks in advance. Hence, there is a practice of clients waiting for you.
This position is ideally full-time or at the very least four out of five days during the week and on a 1:5 roster on a Saturday morning. Flexible hours are a possibility, including starting later in the day and finishing further into the evening.
Due to the demographics of surrounding suburbs, the practice is more likely to have highly educated professionals attending, so you must be comfortable and confident in dealing with our clientele.
This role is immediately available and is a result of the organic growth of the practice.
About the Practice:
This practice is dynamic and growing. It is a doctor-owned practice set up seven years ago and is very modern, containing the latest equipment and IT services.
The practice uses Medical Director and PracSoft and with accreditation by AGPAL. There are three female doctors and one male doctor at the medical practice and visiting allied health.
In a great location, the practice is only meters from the bustling Chapel Street and the highly regarded restaurants of Prahran.
The practice is doctor-owned and operated. Three of the doctors have been working in the area for 15+ years.
